Managing users

To manage the users under your client account, select 'Client account' from the sidebar and select "manage users". 

You can then view all the existing users who have access to your client account, add new users, and manage permission.

To add a new user:

  • Select the "+ add user" and enter the user's name and email address
  • You can add multiple users at one time by selecting "add more users"
  • Once added, you can manage the user's permissions (see below)
  • The individuals added will shortly receive a welcome email with instructions to access the platform

Managing user permissions:

  • Select the user that you want to view or edit their permissions, and select the permissions tab
  • You can then assign different roles based on the users access requirements
  • Click save and upon login the users access will be updated
