I have confirmed a trade or payment, how do I cancel?

If you need to cancel an order or are unable to fund before the settlement date, please call support as soon as possible.

When a trade is confirmed you enter into a legally binding contract to buy or sell the currency selected, in line with the Terms & Conditions. Any cancellation may result in additional charges.

If you have instructed a payment to a beneficiary, you will be able to delete a payment as long as the payment has not been processed yet. If a payment is still awaiting funds or is still in funds received, you will be able to delete the payment from the transaction details screen. As seen below, when a beneficiary display is expanded on the menu, you will see a delete button. This will remove the payment to the beneficiary and if the funds are received, will sweep the money to your balance.

Below, you can see what happens when a funded payment is deleted. The money is added back to the balance and the deal is deleted from the transactions screen.
