I have sent in funds, why don't they appear in my account?
Once you have completed a trade you will be prompted to fund via bank transfer.
The time it takes to receive your funds from the bank will vary depending on a number of factors including location, method of transfer, and time of day.
Typically, funds will be received between 1-2 working days, and automatically allocated to your account and trade, however, this could also be delayed if you do not specify the unique bank references as part of your payment instructions.
The unique bank reference can be found on the order confirmation screen, dashboard transaction details (confirmation reference), and your pdf contract note.
The contract note pdf can be found under details on a transaction. There will be a large button saying Download PDF. If you download this, you will also be able to see the reference number.
If you do not see your funds in your account after 2 working days please contact support.
