When will the beneficiary receive my payment?

Onward payments will be processed immediately within our working hours*, if a trade has been funded and any FX settlement has been completed.

International payments are sent via SWIFT and are typically received by the beneficiary between 1-4 working days.

For GBP payments to a UK beneficiary, our payments are processed via local payment schemes and will likely be received within 2 hours.

We do not receive notifications from the beneficiary's bank confirming the payment has been received, however, if your beneficiary has not received funds outside of the time frames above please get in touch with support so we can help investigate.
